Gran Turismo 4

My review: from a woman's point of view. This game is awesome. As I said before, I make sound effects to help hubby get around the tracks. This game has an A-spec and a B-spec mode. A-spec is where you drive and get points. Depending on how well your car matches the others is how many points you get. If you outclass and outhorsepower a car, you only get 1 point. The highest I've seen is 6 points. B-spec mode is where you have a driver do it for you. He learns tracks and cars, gaining points. This is very useful. It's what 'we' are doing right now. There was a 24 hour race, used B-spec. It automatically pits and everything. Hubby started last night at midnight and it was done today at 6pm. You have the option of doing x3 in B-spec, but only if you are there. It reverts to x1 when you pit. He got this really awesome car with it. The Formula Gran Turismo '04. It's a formula 1 car. No, I don't really know what that means, it's just what it looks like. You should have seen her go. A real beauty. He test drove her on a track he's used to. She went so damn fast you couldn't see the track, let alone the curves coming up. Turns corners at high speeds. Using B-spec is enabling hubby to get through the regular contests to get to the really fun stuff. The tracks on this thing are unbelievable. I've never seen tracks with this bad, and many turns on them. Wow. If you are a car racing game fan it's a must have. Even if you haven't played any of the Gran Turismos before. So much better than GT3 and I thought that one was great.
The most fun for me is doing the B-spec mode. I can actually race with a fast car and win. I've tried before, in a car that did 60 tops. Walls really like me. We have 2 memory cards now, but I'd have to actually take the tests so I don't think I'll start me a game. Ah, well. Maybe if he doesn't look. LMAO! It's funny, I know exactly how to drive and set the car up, but can't do it myself.
Go...Play GT4...Have lots of fun! {New Quote Look Up}
