I did it!

Even though I didn't really understand se7en's answer for me, I knew I needed a different program to animate what I wanted. I went to download.com and searched for animation programs. The one that seemed best, with reviews and all was Ulead GIF Animator 5. I get to try it free for 15 days. Program itself seems awesome to me. I've only made the one button/banner. Apparently you can export as a flash file also. It doesn't have a proper drop shadow or any bevel at all, but I can do that in my other program and import it into this one. I can import any pic I want to. And to buy it will only be $50. I've seen what major programs cost and this seems pretty cheap compared to them. The first little bit of the animation, I think, is a little choppy. Not real sure. I'll let ya'll have a look and get your opinion. Truth from ya'll please!
Again, the background of the button is black, so it won't look great on my maroon page. If I change my template to a black background, most of my buttons and banners will look crappy. If ya'll really need it to be black for an opinion, I'll change it for a couple days. You'll have to remember the rest of the page'll look funny.

If one of you has a black background and want to put it on your site to see it.
